Fitness Time

A couple of months ago I decided to loose some weight – now that I’m 40 (41 in Jan) I figure its now or never. So I took up both a cab controlled diet and walking / running each morning.

The running has been hard because my running shoes suck (guess what I’m buying with my Christmas money) but I’ve been on the lookout for good music to work out to.

Today I found Podrunner and more importantly Podrunner intervals. They are on the iTunes store as free podcasts to subscribe to and as soon as I get my new shoes – I’m going to start on week one.
